We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was an error on our part. This includes, but is not limited to:
Receiving the wrong item
Receiving the wrong size
Receiving the wrong colourway
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
All items are made to order, and processing begins immediately after payment is submitted. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or preference.

If a return is approved due to our mistake, the item must be:
In the same condition as received
Unworn and unused

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
